Your Mission

As a BDR at Ben you will be a cornerstone of our sales team and building our outbound sales model. You will work closely with the Founders and both our Growth and Customer Success teams to grow the sales pipeline and develop best practices that will ensure our longterm scalability. Youll work towards weekly and monthly targets and evaluate different approaches for efficiency and effectiveness to find the best strategic sales processes.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing a career in sales and who later down the line may want to lead and grow our BDR function move into field sales or even join our customer success team supporting clients. It really is the beginning for us so its an exciting time to join!


Things you will be working on

  • Research the market: utilise prospecting and research tools to identify target and qualify relevant prospective clients within Bens ideal customer profile

  • Engage new customers: execute outbound prospecting campaigns in coordination with the Growth team (emails calls videomails social selling) to generate leads in our target markets

  • Develop new customers: understand customer needs to gather key prospect information generate interest and bring highquality prospects into the sales pipeline

  • Deliver results: pursue both individual and team goals and work towards monthly targets and KPIs

  • Contribute to the foundations of a growing worldclass sales team: Bring your sales skill set to the table and help us continue to create the foundations for a high performing team

You will love this role if you have

  • Extremely organised youll be owning and managing your sales pipeline and KPIs so its crucial you can prioritise your work and manage your time effectively

  • Highly motivated by targets youll have a strong drive to succeed and hit your weekly and monthly KPIs

  • Passionate about sales youll genuinely care about helping people find the right solution and youll have a proactive approach to expanding your knowledge of our product offering and our market

  • Knowledge of systems would be a bonus it would be great if you have working knowledge of Hubspot Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator but this isnt a deal breaker!

  • Excellent verbal and written English is essential youll be communicating with our potential customers on a daily basis

  • Drive & motivation youll be a selfstarter who thrives on autonomy enjoys a rapid pace and wants to make a difference

  • Arent comfortable working in a fast paced environment

  • Are not ready to own your own results and be held accountable

  • Like maintaining the statusquo and arent willing to think outside the box

  • Like a lot of structure and processes we are a startup and are still working things out and we dont always know whats next

  • Are not comfortable with ambiguity we will give you guidance but sometimes you have to work things out

  • Wait for others to step up or to be told what to do. We are a highperformance and highreward work place and are looking for people who are proactive

3540K base salary (OTE uncapped) equity so you own what you build

Bonus scheme designed to reward and recognise high performance

100 monthly personal Ben Balance: for whatever works for you whether thats Netflix Spotify or a really expensive cup of coffee! This allowance will increase by 50 for each year of service until you reach 250
