Job Description
Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency providing services to children birth5 years old. We are seeking a full or part time Physical Therapist to provide early intervention services in our Developmental Toddler Group located in N. Syracuse NY. This is a full time position but part time can be considered.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Work 1:1 with developmentally delayed children in our centerbased toddler group. Toddler group is held MF from 8:45 am to 2:30 pm.
- Collaborate with other service providers to support IFSP goals and objectives.
- Complete session notes and progress reports as required.
- Home/community bases visits optional.
Qualifications:
- M.A. or M.S. degree in Physical Therapy
- NYS License in Physical Therapy required.
- Must demonstrate excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers on a caseload
