Job Description
About Us:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Travel Nurses to join our team and provide exceptional healthcare services across various facilities nationwide. As a Travel Nurse you will have the opportunity to explore new locations gain diverse clinical experiences and make a meaningful impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality nursing care to patients in various clinical settings including hospitals clinics and longterm care facilities.
- Assess patient needs develop individualized care plans and implement nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed monitoring patient responses and adjusting care as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and promote positive health outcomes.
- Document patient assessments interventions and outcomes accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards policies and procedures.
- Travel to designated locations as assigned adapting to new environments and working with diverse populations.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; multiple state licenses are a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of clinical nursing experience in relevant specialty areas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Excellent communication teamwork and critical thinking skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in varying healthcare settings and schedules.
