The Maintenance Trustee will be performing routine maintenance and/or operational activities in assigned areas.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Troubleshoot repair and maintain equipment machinery and systems related to both automated and manual production equipment
Identify and locate sources of problems by observing equipment in operation; listening for problems; using necessary tools and standard practices to correct and solve maintenance problems
Maintain equipment parts tools and supplies inventories in the department
Continually maintain a safe working operation
Capable of assembling tooling/fixture and industrial machinery to prints
Capable of dismantling and reassembling industrial machinery
Interact with and perform effectively in a highvolume team environment while maintaining a positive relationship with management and department staff
Support and assist in maintaining and improving the maintenance department as needed
Performing routine inspections cleaning lubrication and adjustments to maintain equipment functionality
Perform other related activities as assigned and needed
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree in Automation but not required
Minimum 2 years of experience
Strong mechanical background and equipment troubleshooting experience
Must have handson maintenance experience
Demonstrated mechanical skills and technical aptitude
Familiarity with various hand and electric tools
Ability to prioritize and organize work related tasks and special projects
Required Competencies Skills & Abilities:
Ability to work safely by following all maintenance departments standard operating procedures
Ability to work in a production warehouse environment with exposure to various climate conditions (warm cold heat) and under stressful conditions such as small and high spaces with the following repetitive physical demands: continuous standing walking sitting use of hands and fingers grasping reaching climbing or balancing stooping bending kneeling squatting stretching crouching crawling pulling pushing working and reaching overhead using ladders and lifts
Must possess good communication skills
Detailoriented and ability to meet deadlines
Problem solving and analytical skills required
English Language: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words rules of composition and grammar
Exercising confidentiality discretion and sound judgment
Sense of Urgency: Motivated selfstarter; able to work effectively without individual task assignments
Critical thinking: Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions conclusions or approaches to problems
Reading Comprehension: Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying taking time to understand the points being made asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times
Speaking: Talking to others to convey information effectively
Writing: Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience

Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods.
The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job.
Compliance with company attendance standards.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however some work with physical computer and/or networking systems may be required to fulfill operational requirements.
