Responsibilities

Skills Required to Make a Great Impression on Our Team

  • Assists doctors which includes but is not limited to charting placement of fillings operatory set/clean up and patient education.
  • Able to perform expanded duties following state regulations and compliance.
  • Assists in clinical procedures and treatment such as: placing amalgam or composite fillings adaptation of temporary crowns removing surgical sutures and applying topical fluoride treatments. Limitations due apply per state requirements.
  • Records and reviews patient health history makes chart entries under the doctors direction and assures completion of forms and signatures in dental software.
  • Enters and updates patient treatment plans at the direction of the treating

Qualifications

So How Can You Fill This Role

  • EFDA Certification or on the job training required per state requirements
  • Radiography licensure for respective state requirements
  • 15 years of experience preferred; will consider new graduates
  • CPR Certification is required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of dental charting software and digital xrays with the ability to learn new programs as necessary
