Were looking for an IT Help Desk Analyst to join our IT team based in Vancouver BC. This individual will report to the Help Desk Team Lead.
Job Overview: The Help Desk Analyst leads support communication and escalation for all technology issues reported by end users manages hardware assignments endpoint management and system/application access including licensing. Further this role is a key subject matter expert for a wide array of processes systems or applications and is a key player in supporting other teams drive advancement of technology within Purdys.
