Job Description

Our client is a Leading fullservice Legal Firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver highprofile events and campaigns aligned with the firms strategic goals
  • Manage multiple projects to tight deadlines with support from the Marketing and Events Coordinator roles
  • Implement and share best practices for events by establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Liaise and negotiate effectively with suppliers within procurement and BEE frameworks
  • Analyse ROI and success of events against strategic objectives while maintaining high service standards
  • Oversee the look and feel of all marketing collateral and communication
  • Supervise the production of marketing collateral
  • Manage the approval and signoff process for content with key stakeholders ensuring compliance with brand corporate image (CI) guidelines
  • Monitor internal and external platforms to ensure content remains uptodate and compliant with brand CI guidelines
  • Support graduate recruitment campaigns
  • Manage brand integrity processes and procedures



Requirements

  • A relevant Bachelors Degree 3 years) at NQF Level 7 with a focus on Management Sciences
  • Up to 6 years of experience
