Job Description
What you will be doing:
Represent clients in patent filings prosecutions and enforcement matters.
Manage a robust caseload while delivering toptier legal counsel and solutions.
Build and maintain client relationships under a trusted legal brand.
Utilize provided resources to grow your book of business and enhance service delivery.
Stay informed of changes in patent law and technology to ensure client success.
Experience you will need:
A licensed patent attorney registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
In good standing with a minimum of 3 years of patent law experience.
Possess a portable book of business generating at least $300000 annually.
Skilled in patent prosecution portfolio management or litigation.
Passionate about helping clients protect their intellectual property and innovate.
Entrepreneurially driven techsavvy and motivated to thrive in a remote work environment.
