Position Summary

The People Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our HR functions with a primary focus on recruiting onboarding and employee experience. This role will also assist with general HR tasks to ensure smooth operations and a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is organized detailoriented and passionate about fostering an engaging employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the recruitment process sourcing screening and scheduling interviews for open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain job postings on various platforms and track candidate progress.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters and coordinating preemployment requirements.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Manage and enhance the onboarding process to ensure a welcoming experience for new hires.
  • Ensure new hires have the necessary tools and equipment for their role including setting up work devices (laptops cell phones email accounts and software access).
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive work environment.

HR Administration & People Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data entry.
  • Assist with compliance tasks including tracking required certifications and licenses.
  • Support benefits administration and general HR inquiries.
  • Help coordinate training and development programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 13 years of experience in HR recruiting or administrative support.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency with HR software applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive and peoplefocused approach to HR support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare settings is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • HR certification (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is a plus but not required.
