Job Description

We are seeking a Parttime Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to service our patients in assisted living facilities located in Lexingon Kentucky. If you are looking to fulfill your career connect with patients on a oneonone basis and help them heal and live a better quality of life we are the place for you.
As an NP you will:
- Participate in weekly bedside wound care rounds.
- You will establish a plan of care
- Change dressings
- Perform medically necessary debridement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Valid NP License in the State of Kentucky
- Wound Care Certification (preferred)
- Wound Care experience (preferred but not necessary Company will provide all training)
Schedule:
23 days per week
Salary and Compensation:
- A competitive base salary ranging $70000 $80000
