Custodian

• Perform general custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
  
• Clean and sanitize restrooms including replenishing supplies
  
• Sweep mop and vacuum floors
  
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
  
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  
• Clean windows and glass surfaces
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues
  
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  
• Adhere to any specific cleaning requirements or protocols for specialized areas (e.g. laboratories healthcare facilities)
  
• Perform all duties as assigned and as it relates to the role
  

Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma
  

• 6 months 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning
  
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
  
• Familiarity with floor care including buffing and waxing
  
• Valid Drivers License
