About the Role
We re hiring a Senior Associate to join the Latin America operations of a U.S.based consulting firm that specializes in corporate real estate strategy investment advisory and transactional services. This is a highvisibility clientfacing role ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities and real estate or financial advisory experience.
You ll contribute to market research financial modeling project and business development efforts in support of active real estate consulting and investment initiatives including the coordination of an industrial park development project.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Support daily project coordination and operational efficiency within the Monterrey office
Conduct detailed market research on local and regional real estate trends (e.g. pricing demand vacancy rates)
Build and maintain financial models forecasts and underwriting analyses for current and prospective assets
Assist in the coordination of crossfunctional project teams including legal marketing and finance
Create clear and compelling clientfacing presentations and investment materials
Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
Maintain CRM and prospect databases to support business development efforts
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance Business Engineering Economics or a related field
2 4 years of experience in corporate real estate investment consulting financial analysis or related advisory roles
Strong proficiency in Excel (including modeling) and PowerPoint
Experience with real estate financial modeling tools or platforms is a plus
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
Excellent organization attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
Confident communicator who can collaborate crossfunctionally and contribute in clientfacing environments
