Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring Pharmaceutical Technician Basic Grade Rotational into our Hospital at Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Completing all tasks and obligations in accordance with hospitalwide policies and procedures as well as Pharmacy Department policies and procedures.
- Engage in ongoing education related to your position.
- Make sure that all hospitalwide and departmental health and safety policies and procedures are followed and that any noncompliance is quickly fixed.
- When necessary compounding impromptu products in compliance with policy
- Providing patients and employees with personalised prescriptions or requests including clinical trials in accordance with local training and policy
- All parenteral chemotherapy medications made at the facility including clinical trial supplies are produced aseptically in pharmaceutical isolators.
- Prior to starting work in the designated isolator or isolators routine checks should be monitored and documented.
- Performing regular checks and validations on vital equipment after training
Requirements
- Hold a diploma as a pharmaceutical technician.
- Technical or practical understanding of emerging technology such as automation
- Experience compounding
- Take part in the pharmaceutical service as a member of a professional committed and ontime team.
- Establish encourage and uphold positive working relationships and open communication.
- Keep an eye on and preserve your own and other peoples health safety and security.
- Participate in making services better
- Training experience.
