Job Description
This is a remote position.
telecallers job is to interact with customers over the phone to promote products provide customer support and generate sales. They may make outbound calls to potential customers or receive inbound calls from customers.
Responsibilities
Gather leads: Find potential customers and gather information from them
Provide customer support: Answer questions about products or services resolve issues and provide solutions
Build relationships: Interact with customers to build trust and loyalty
Follow up: Contact customers to provide new products or services
Document feedback: Record customer feedback to help improve products and services
Schedule appointments: Arrange meetings with potential customers

Communication: Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
Problemsolving: Be able to analyze situations identify causes and provide solutions
Multitasking: Be able to perform multiple tasks at once such as checking emails while speaking to a customer
