We are now looking for a Field Recruiter / Partner Manager to strengthen our recruitment network and drive talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify onboard and manage new vendors and recruitment partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Source and recruit candidates through vendor networks.
- Represent the company at job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
- Organize and conduct placement drives for clients.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Willingness to travel for job fairs and campus drives.
- Experience in conducting placement drives is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless of training programs. Monitor client satisfaction and provide solutions for continuous improvement. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion. Requirements: Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience in the training & workforce development industry preferred. Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
