Job Role: Sales Recruiter (WFO Staffing)
We are looking for a motivated Sales Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata (New Alipore). The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring for BPO tele callers telesales telemarketing inbound outbound and customer support roles. If you are passionate about recruitment and ready to take on new challenges we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct endtoend recruitment for BPO/tele calling profiles.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals social media referrals etc..
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for the required roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and generate hiring reports.
- Work towards achieving hiring targets within set timelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bulk hiring/BPO hiring.
- Strong understanding of BPO tele calling telesales telemarketing inbound outbound and customer support roles.
- Must be based in Kolkata.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years (Freshers with a passion for recruitment can also apply!.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet hiring targets.

Bachelor's degree Proven experience in HR or talent acquisition, with specific experience in onboarding being a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage several new hires' onboarding simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and positive environment for new employees. Proficiency in using HR software and systems to manage onboarding processes efficiently.
