Your responsibilities will include:

- Becoming the restaurants living breathing menu encyclopaedia ready to answer any culinary query!
- Mastering the art of queue management keeping waiting guests happy and entertained
- Collaborating with our kitchen wizards to ensure smooth service flow and minimal wait times
- Channelling your inner detective to handle special requests and dietary requirements with finesse
- Transforming potential complaints into standing ovations with your problemsolving prowess
- Keeping our entrance area spick and span because first impressions are everything!
- Maintaining an uptodate knowledge of local attractions to help our tourists plan their adventures
- Coordinating with the events team to ensure seamless of special occasions and group bookings.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
Excellent guest service skills
Excellent English skills
Additional Information :
Full grade 12 certificate
