Job Description

Get to Know the Team

Were the team behind all the communication you see in the Grab app. Our focus is on implementing inapp communications to boost user engagement retention and satisfaction. We need someone who understand user behavior and deliver impactful messaging strategies.

Get to Know the Role

As a Marketing Operations Executive youll optimize our inapp communications to ensure theyre engaging. Youll have a solid grasp of communication strategy turning performance analysis into reports and best practices. Your role involves using available inapp tools to communicate with consumers. Youll be responsible for planning conceptualizing and developing inapp campaign plans.

Your role will directly report to the Head of Marketing Operations. You will be based onsite at our Ortigas office with flexible work arrangements.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: You will develop and execute inapp communication strategies (push notifications banners) aligned with marketing goals. Use datadriven segmentation to personalize messaging and enhance conversions.
  • & Coordination: You will oversee daily campaign collaborating with marketing product and engineering teams. Ensure platform functionality and leverage Gen AI tools for process optimization.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: You will track key metrics (open rates conversions) generate insights and apply A/B testing to refine messaging for better engagement.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You have the aility to develop and implement strategic communication plans within an app environment.
  • You have proficiency in using data to segment audiences and evaluate communication effectiveness is key.
  • You can manage across different marketing product and technical teams to ensure smooth campaign .
  • You can craft engaging and effective messages tailored to specific user groups.
  • You have atleast 1 year of experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve messaging strategies.
  • You can utilize and implement emerging technologies such as Gen AI into project flows for enhanced efficiency.
