We are looking for a Senior Office Operations Professional (Freelancer) to join our team in our Zagreb Delta Office. Some of the main responsibilities will be:
- Ensure efficient office operations and workspace management to align with business needs.
- Optimize internal processes and provide administrative support.
- Manage the recruitment process employee onboarding and talent development initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring compliance and effective payroll management.
- All other Operational and HR related tasks assigned by the business.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of similar experience
- Good knowledge of Croatian Labor Law
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in both English and Croatian
- Flexible agile and looking for the challenges
- Structured thinking and dealing with complexity
- Strong communication skills
