Shift Schedule: MonThurs; 8a430p

16 shifts per month

Call Schedule: Nights & Weekend Call

1 week & 1 Weekend/month

Patient Demographics: 18 years and older

Patient Volume:

OP: 1620

IP: 02

Physician in Practice: 1

Support Staff : 2 APPs Reception Lab

Social Worker Referrals

Required to Supervise APPs: Yes

Procedures:

Antineoplastics Phlebotomies IV IgG

Iron Therapy Bone Marrow Biopsies

Duties:

Consults Follow up care oversee administration of Antineoplastics in the clinic

Medical Imaging Lab & Pharmacy Onsite

No. of Exam Room: 4

Trauma Level:

EMR: Epic

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active IA License or IMLC

Fellowship Trained

Must have experience (highly preferred)

Accepting new graduates
