You will be responsible for the endtoend design process of a product ensuring it is userfriendly visually appealing and aligned with business goals. If you are ready to break new ground and revolutionize the tech/research landscape this is the opportunity for you!
- Work primarily in Figma: address designs maintaining design systems and managing design debt.
A high level of handson experience is required. - Creating user flows wireframes and prototypes to visualize interactions.
- Designing highfidelity UI components using tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Ensuring a consistent design system across the product.
Demos & Presentations
- Creating presentations and client demos including videos of Figma prototypes as needed.
- Present endtoend product design work both within the Product team & to the leadership.
- Conducting user research to understand pain points and needs.
- Running usability tests to validate design decisions.
- Gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on designs.
Collaboration with Developers & Product Teams
- Working closely with developers to ensure seamless designtodevelopment handoff.
- Partnering with PMs to align design with product strategy.
- Maintaining design consistency across screens and features.
- Addressing legacy design issues and improving Figma workflows.
- Optimizing designs for scalability and performance.
- Staying curious about AIdriven and design implementation.
- Exploring ways to integrate AI tools into the design workflow and to speed up the design process.
- Having a solid understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Open to explore and maintain nocode / lowcode websites.
Requirements

2-3 years of experience as a Product Designer (B2B SaaS experience is a plus). Proficiency in Figma and prototyping. You will be working on design systems; prior experience will be a plus. Understanding and building compelling client demos and presentation materials. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers. Strong attention to detail + ability to manage design consistency across products. Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers and product managers. Prior exposure to AI-driven design tools, no-code / low-code platforms will be a plus. Familiarity with web and mobile design patterns, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Education
Bachelor s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrable experience) 2-3 years of experience as a Product Designer (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).
