Job Description
- 1012 years of experience with deep knowledge and experience with multiple Agile frameworks
- Manage project's scope and timeline. Coordinate sprints retrospective meetings and daily standups.
- Should be able to coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Very strong communication skills
- Familiarity with all Agile practices regulated environments and software development practices.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
- Facilitate user design thinking sessions with product owner and developer
- Should be able to remove impediments and resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Create and ensure staffing plans within development team
- Should be able to understand business
- Strong collaboration coaching facilitation and problemsolving skills
- Willing to work in night shifts (if required)
- Ability to work with multiple teams within client and cognizant network
Preferred Skills:
- Agile certifications (e.g. CSM/PSM ICAgile SAFe) desired when accompanying demonstration of an agile mindset and relevant examples of experience and skills to help enable teams
- Enterprise Business Agility strategic and systems thinking
Education:
- Bachelor of Engineering
- MBA (Desired)
