Job Description
This is a remote position.
Talent Depot is hiring on behalf of our client in the financial services sector for a Marketing Specialist Contractor. This role is part of a highperforming team focused on growth marketing within the Accountant Channel which delivers financial operations automation solutions to accounting partners.
This position is fully remote and parttime requiring a consistent 1 hour per day Monday through Friday scheduled between 12 3 PM PST. During the first two weeks the role requires 10 hours per week for onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the endtoend process of gift card sends ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Handle logistics for order fulfillment: inventory tracking shipping coordination and .
Track and manage budgets related to gift card operations ensuring compliance with approved spend.
Verify promotion fulfillment syncs in SFDC and ensure data accuracy across campaigns.
Provide operational support across marketing functions including potential platform validation.
Requirements
Requirements
3 5 years of experience in growth marketing marketing operations or email marketing.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
Handson experience with email campaigns and promotional fulfillment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to track budgets and marketing campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Additional Details
Interview process: Two interviews (with Team Lead and Hiring Manager).
Team structure: 3person team (Manager 2 individual contributors including this role).
This is a backfill position.
3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or email marketing. Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience.
