Job Description
To boost our growth were looking for a motivated and analytical VIE to optimize our cost and margin structurea key role in improving our profitability.

Your Mission
As an Industrial Cost Controller your goal will be to analyze and optimize production costs while working closely with different departments to drive efficiency. Your key responsibilities:
Optimize production cost models by incorporating fixed & variable costs
Implement the cost model into our ERP (SAGE)
Analyze monthly costs and variances together with the production team to define actions plan
Establish reporting tools for cost of sales & operational expenses
Train finance teams and stakeholders on newly developed tools
Support annual budgets & forecasts
Youll work closely with Lesaffres Corporate Cost Controlling team the local finance team procurement and operations to align on best practices.

Qualifications :
Your Profile Who are we looking for
Masters degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field
First experience in Financial Control Reporting or Cost Analysis (internship or job)
Fluent in English (French is a plus!
Strong analytical mindset & ability to interpret complex data
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables formulas data visualization)
Interest in operational & industrial process flows
Fast learner proactive & wellorganized
Knowledge of SAGE ERP Even better!
