Job Description
Become an experienced part of the team: As an intern youll become a valuable member of our Tech Venture Development Team and gain practical experience. Contribute to significant projects: Work alongside the Senior Leadership and Tech Lead on exciting projects and gain insights into the companys technological development. Develop and implement automation solutions in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce). Utilize lowcode platforms to create efficient workflows and automations. Analyze and optimize existing business processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Collaborate with different departments to identify automation opportunities and implement appropriate solutions. Maintain and update existing automations and processes to ensure their effectiveness and reliability. Train and support employees in using new automated processes and systems. Document the developed solutions and processes.
Qualifications :
You are successfully studying your chosen field preferably in a discipline at the intersection of Business Administration and Computer Science or similar. Practical experience from internships projects or selfinitiated efforts in the areas of tech CRM management process optimization or similar fields is advantageous. Your analytical skills are characterized by a strong affinity for data and technology. Proactivity and a solutionoriented mindset are essential aspects of your work style and you possess a balanced approach between conceptual/strategic thinking and executionfocused actions. You have basic knowledge of Python and ideally experience with tools like Miro Airtable Make or Zapier. Your strong communication skills enable effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You have highquality standards for your work and bring a CanDo mentality that motivates both you and others.
