Summary
We are looking for a Learning & People Intern to be included in our People Department with a focus on training management. The resource will have the opportunity to actively participate in the activities of the HR team and to develop skills in training and organisation.
Responsibilities
The figure will be involved in:
supporting the HR teams planning activities including the organisation of company events and various initiatives related to the growth and wellbeing of people;
planning and organising training courses with a focus on mandatory training on safety at work in compliance with current regulations (e.g. Legislative Decree 81/08;
monitoring of training courses: management of enrolments attendance records creation and archiving of safetyrelated documentation;
collaboration with relevant managers and the HSE team;
support in managing relations with external training organisations and internal/external lecturers;
contributing to the analysis of company training needs gathering input from the various departments and identifying training priorities;
participation in updating training reports (e.g. status of compulsory training training completed and to be carried out);
internal communication activities for the promotion of training programmes.
Required Qualifications
degree in Human Resources Management/ Labour Law/ Workplace Prevention/ Humanities;
good knowledge of Office package (especially Excel);
good knowledge of English and fluent Italian;
excellent organisational and planning skills;
Preferred Qualifications
proactive personality;
relational skills and strong teamwork;
excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation;
basic knowledge of occupational safety regulations;
previous experience even brief in HR training or organisation.

Contract: Internship
Compensation: 700 Euro Ticket Restaurant transport allowance.
