SENIOR CLIENT MANAGER BRANDING AGENCY
MRKTSEARCH is pleased to be retained by our long term client The Foundation in the search for a Senior Client Manager.
The Foundation is a highly respected brand consultancy in Belfast known for their ability to get deep into rationale behind decisions and their engaging positive approach. Many of our industry clients identify them as a joy to do business with.
In the last year they have expanded their US client base considerably following an acquisition of an esteemed digital consultancy and are now seeking a Senior Client Services Manager to support their growth.
The Senior Client Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strong client relationships ensuring the successful delivery of profitable projects and maintaining highquality processes and standards.
The appointed person will be responsible for proactively understand client needs identifying opportunities for brand creative and digital solutions. The role will also involve overseeing resources reporting on project impact and contributing to business growth.
Job Purpose
A good fit for this role is someone who combines strong client relationship management skills with strategic thinking and a proactive consultative approach to problemsolving. They will have experience briefing and managing internal teams and a strong track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
The Role
The Senior Client Manager is a key role within their creative consultancy team. The role involves working closely with the Client Director and the wider team to drive business transformation for their clients. The Senior Client Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships delivering projects that exceed client expectations and ensuring processes and standards are delivered to a high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate relationships with key clients
- Understand the needs and motivations of clients bringing a proactive and consultative approach to client management
- Identify client goals and drive impact through the development of creative brand design and digital solutions
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities for both existing and potential clients
- Oversee and coordinate the resources required to deliver profitable projects
- Work closely with the wider studio team to deliver projects ontime and onbrief
- Provide insightful reports for both clients and The Foundation
Essential Experience
- Minimum 5 years in a professional clientfacing role ideally within an agency environment
- Proven ability to deliver brand design and digital projects within a B2B landscape
- Experience in managing and growing retained client relationships
- Experience working with creative and design teams briefing projects and managing production
- Track record of presenting to and working with senior leadership
