Job Description

Oracle Functional Analyst ERP Program

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Functional Analyst to support our ERP Program by ensuring seamless system operations optimizing Oracle ERP modules and aligning technology solutions with business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes configure Oracle ERP modules and provide functional support to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
    • Conduct gap analysis and recommend bestfit solutions within Oracle ERP.
  • Oracle ERP Configuration & Optimization:
    • Configure and customize Oracle ERP modules to align with business needs.
    • Optimize system performance and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Functional Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Provide enduser support and resolve Oracle ERP functional issues.
    • Work with IT and business teams to troubleshoot system inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Process Improvement & System Enhancements:
    • Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements.
    • Support ERP upgrades patches and system enhancements.
  • Testing & Documentation:
    • Develop and execute test cases for system modifications and upgrades.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations processes and user guides.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with finance supply chain HR and IT teams to align ERP functionalities with business objectives.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and endusers to ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Analyst or similar role in ERP implementation and support.
    • Handson experience with Oracle ERP modules (e.g. Finance Supply Chain HR Procurement etc..
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP configurations workflows and best practices.
    • Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
    • Strong communication skills to work with both technical and nontechnical teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
  • Previous involvement in ERP system migrations or upgrades.
