Job Description
- Design implement and maintain highly scalable AWS infrastructure following best DevOps practices.
- Set up configure and manage Kubernetes (K8s) clusters for containerized workloads.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform AWS CloudFormation or Pulumi.
- Automate cloud resource provisioning and scaling to optimize performance and cost.
- Set up and maintain Grafana Prometheus and OpenTelemetry for system monitoring and observability.
- Implement log aggregation solutions using ELK Stack Loki or AWS CloudWatch.
- Optimize system alerting logging and telemetry for realtime issue resolution.
- Ensure AWS security best practices including IAM Secrets Management KMS encryption VPC security groups and network ACLs.
- Implement CI/CD security scans vulnerability assessments and compliance frameworks (SOC 2 ISO 27001 GDPR).
- Manage container security using AWS ECR Twistlock or Aqua Security.
- Automate security patching and monitoring with AWS Security Hub GuardDuty and AWS Inspector.
- Design and maintain TestDriven Deployment (TDD) strategies for highly available infrastructure.
- Automate deployments with Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI/CD or AWS CodePipeline.
- Optimize zerodowntime deployments using BlueGreen Deployments Canary Releases and Feature Flags.
- Manage largescale Kubernetes clusters in AWS (EKS) and optimize containerized workloads.
- Implement Dockerbased microservices architecture and enhance container orchestration.
- Configure Helm charts Kubernetes Operators and Kustomize for application deployments.
- Work closely with software engineers architects and SRE teams to improve DevOps strategies.
- Document infrastructure deployment processes and system configurations for future scalability.
- Continuously optimize system reliability performance and scalability.
- Design and build automated code deployment systems that simplify development create automation framework by orchestrating environment deployment from OS all the way through the application layers of a solution.
- Work in a cloudbased or onprem environment long enough to understand how to appropriately manage PaaS/IaaS/SaaS and Agile environments.
Requirements
- 10 years of handson experience in DevOps cloud infrastructure and automation.
- Deep expertise in AWS services: EC2 EKS S3 Lambda RDS CloudWatch IAM VPC Route 53 Security Hub GuardDuty.
- Kubernetes expert: Experience setting up scaling and maintaining EKS clusters.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools: Grafana Prometheus OpenTelemetry Loki ELK Stack.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Strong experience with Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI/CD AWS CodePipeline.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expertise in Terraform AWS CloudFormation Pulumi.
- Security best practices: Deep understanding of AWS security policies IAM VPC security KMS TLS encryption.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Docker Helm Kubernetes Operators Service Mesh (Istio or Linkerd).
- Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in Bash Python Go or Terraform scripting.

Monitoring, Security, and Performance Optimization: Set up Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry for observability and real-time system monitoring. Implement security best practices, ensuring compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR. Manage zero-downtime deployments using Blue-Green Deployment, Canary Releases, and Feature Flags. Drive performance optimizations across frontend, backend, and AI workloads. Cross-Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with AI engineers, DevOps specialists, full-stack developers, and product teams to design scalable systems. Lead Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Code Reviews. Mentor engineers and establish architectural best practices for long-term product scalability. Requirements: Technical Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, cloud architecture, and AI-driven applications. Expertise in AI & ML systems: RAG, LLM fine-tuning, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs. Cloud & DevOps: Deep expertise in AWS services, Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, CI/CD pipelines. Full-Stack Development: Experience in React.js, Next.js, Flutter, Flutter Web, and Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django). Database Expertise: MySQL (Vitess), PostgreSQL, Redis, Snowflake, and data warehousing solutions. Monitoring & Security: Strong knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, IAM policies, and cloud security.
