Job Description

Adelphi is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide support services at school facilities within Somerset County New Jersey. The ideal candidates will assist in delivering healthcare services to students and work under the direction of a School Nurse or physician in accordance with each student s care plan.

Active NJ license

Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to assigned students including medication and treatment administration

Monitor and report changes in student health status

Assist RN or School Nurse in implementing student health plans

Support students on transportation routes as needed

Document all healthrelated services rendered

Communicate effectively with staff and families regarding student health

Any other duties as assigned.
