Job Description

Adelphi is seeking RN or LPN Nurses to provide one to one health services to students at school facilities within Somerset County New Jersey. The ideal candidates will accompany and support students with significant medical needs throughout the school day and during transportation as required by their IEPs.

Active NJ license

Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Responsibilities:

Provide continuous health support for a designated student

Travel with student to/from school and during school events

Document daily nursing services and student health status

Administer emergency care if necessary

Maintain confidentiality and follow all FERPA and HIPAA guidelines

Any other duties as assigned.
