Job Description

Now Hiring: Illinois LBS1 Specialist Early Childhood Education

Clarifi Staffing Solutions seeks a passionate and qualified Special Education Teacher to support young learners in a nurturing and inclusive classroom setting for the upcoming school year! In this role you will collaborate with families paraprofessionals therapists and educators to create a structured learning environment that fosters student growth and independence.

You will develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each childs developmental and learning needs using playbased strategies and ageappropriate practices to promote progress in social emotional cognitive and physical areas. By continuously assessing student development contributing to IEP meetings and adapting instructional methods you will help ensure that every child reaches their full potential. Your classroom will be a supportive space where students with varying abilities can thrive through positive behavior reinforcement and effective classroom management.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Illinois certification in Special Education and demonstrate the ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of a diverse group of learners effectively. A bachelor s degree in Special Education or a related discipline is required with a master s degree being highly desirable. Applicants should have a strong understanding of developing implementing and ensuring compliance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as well as familiarity with state and federal regulations governing special education.
