Their mission is to equip underserved communities with the tools they need to lead healthier lives. They are currently seeking an InCountry Consultant (Service Delivery & Client Engagement) to be based in Senegal.
The Global Health Monitoring (GHM) Unit plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless highquality experience for customers within the country. This unit provides technical and supportive services to ensure that service delivery is wellstructured efficient and tailored to meet the diverse needs of each customer while achieving organizational objectives.
As a consultant you will serve as a key liaison between the clients GHM team engineering and operations teams working collaboratively to optimize and streamline support efforts. You must be detailoriented processdriven and analytical. This role requires mastering existing device configuration workflows while proactively engaging with crossfunctional teams to refine and enhance these processes as products evolve.
A deep understanding of Parsyl s mobile app and web platform as well as GHM deployment protocols is essential for success. Beyond this role provides opportunities to enhance fulfillment deployment testing and logistics operations ensuring that customer expectations are not just met but exceeded.
To perform this role successfully the individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily. Additional duties may be assigned.
Training & Capacity Building
Design and implement incountry training programs on the effective use of the Parsyl solution ensuring it evolves to meet emerging needs and enhance program sustainability.
Service Design & Deployment Support
Develop and implement a strategic service design framework to optimize incountry deployment support for Parsyl customers.
Inventory & System Management
Oversee quarterly updates of the device inventory and management system ensuring proper functionality packaging and distribution aligned with client priorities and resources.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
Strengthen local capacity for program sustainability while managing daily incountry customer support.
Oversee and implement customer requests adapting methods to the operational context to ensure efficiency client satisfaction and service excellence.
Project & Operational Optimization
Advocate for practical measurable project design approaches ensuring customer support materials are wellmaintained and implementation documents are accessible to clients and partners.
Build consistency in program outputs implementation and assessments introducing adaptive measures that enhance program delivery.
Maintain corporate delivery standards adapting project design to demonstrate innovative methods that contribute to corporate policy enhancement.
Willingness to Travel Open to traveling as required.
Language Proficiency Fluent in the official language of Senegal. English proficiency is desirable.
Technical Proficiency & Solution Deployment Strong understanding of technologybased solutions device configuration and deployment workflows in healthcare or logistics settings.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Ability to build trust address service needs and enhance customer experience through tailored support.
Training & Capacity Building Expertise in designing and delivering training programs ensuring effective knowledge transfer and program sustainability.
Operational & Logistics Management Strong organizational skills to manage deployment inventory tracking and service delivery efficiently.
ProblemSolving & Process Optimization Analytical mindset to identify challenges enhance deployment processes and implement continuous improvements.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication Ability to collaborate with internal teams external partners and local authorities to align project objectives and .
Performance Monitoring & Reporting Proficiency in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) documenting progress and making datadriven recommendations for program improvement.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field; a Master s in Project Management or Public Health is a plus.
8 years of experience in marketing and client support consultancy services.
Specialized experience in service delivery and project design.
Desirable Experience:
Immunization program experience.
Supply chain management expertise.
Proficiency in the official language of Senegal; English proficiency is desirable if not the primary language.
