Job Description
Lead and manage crossfunctional projects including ERP implementations webshop launches and business software integrations.
Oversee endtoend project executionfrom scoping and planning to implementation and postgolive support.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align project objectives.
Work handinhand with IT architects to ensure seamless system integration and scalability.
Identify risks manage dependencies and continuously improve processes to optimize project success.
Act as a trusted consultant guiding teams and stakeholders on best practices in project and change management.
Qualifications :
2 years of experience in project management ideally in a wholesale ecommerce or ITdriven environment.
Proven success in managing largescale transformation projects such as ERP rollouts webshop implementations or business software integrations.
Strong understanding of endtoend processes in a wholesale/ecommerce setting.
Ability to translate business requirements into highlevel technical concepts.
Experience in consulting or a consultingstyle role is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsyou know how to align different interests and drive solutions.
Handson solutionoriented mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
