Job Description
Compensation: $70k73K based on experiece up to a 10 company bonus!
Shift: 8 am 5 pm Sunday Friday (Must be open to working any 5 day shift Shift Flexibility Required)
The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Warehouse Manager with the supervision and coordination of all aspects of warehouse operations. Effectively and efficiently handle customer service complaints and concerns. Train new team member in job duties. Comfort level working in a diverse fastpaced environment. Follow company guidelines and company operational policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
80 Assist the Warehouse Team Leader in all aspects of warehouse operations
Leadership:
Recruit and interview new team members
Keep Warehouse Team Leader informed of potential problems
Attend and participate in annual Leadership & Development training sessions
Assign job tasks according to shipping schedules
Coordinate team member tasks and responsibilities to receive store and load food product and support goods in accordance with established company standards and procedures and within budgeted guidelines while controlling cost
Ensure a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA company standards local state and federal requirements
Utilize and train team members on handheld scanner to perform all functions: pick sort pack receive stock etc.
Maintain positive customer relationships
Reporting:
Assist in compiling daily key indicators
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
Warehouse Inventory Planning:
- Maintain inventory control through effective warehouse methods
- Assist team leader with quarterly counting and/or annual physical inventories using solo chain system reports inventory software in order to ensure inventory accuracy
- Create weekly loading schedule for receiving warehouse and ICL departments.
Warehouse Operations:
- Review load sheet and verify accuracy of assembled load
- Make recommendations to Team Leader on operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current
- Assist team leader with being always audit and 5s ready
- Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader and/or Director
20 As needed fills in for Warehouse team member and performs tasks necessary to meet warehouse goals
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED some college with equivalent work experience 2year degree preferred
23 years of warehouse manufacturing or production experience
23 years of supervisory experience
Maintain forklift certification Preferred
SAP experience is a PLUS
Thorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
Basic understanding of 5S and Kaizen
Must successfully pass a background checks every third year on your anniversary date
Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Additional Requirement
- Wear and uphold Dominos uniform standards
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time climb stairs and lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion perform heavy pushing/pulling of product work in refrigerated conditions 3338 degrees and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery when necessary
- Must be able to work around yeast and flour
