Job Description
We are currently hiring for a Grinder position with a food manufacturing client in the Grand Rapids area. This role is essential to the production of highquality snack products and involves operating grinding equipment to prepare corn masa used in the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor grinding machinery to ensure consistent masa production
Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain proper texture and quality
Clean and sanitize equipment in accordance with food safety and GMP standards
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production setting preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and safety
Must be reliable punctual and teamoriented
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
Schedule:

Monday through Friday
-
6:00 AM 3:30 PM (with potential to work until 4:30 PM depending on production needs)
