We are looking for a Process Consultant to join our team and tackle challenging projects at the intersection of business processes and IT. If you enjoy analyzing complex problems optimizing workflows and delivering practical solutions this role is for you.

What Youll Do:
As a Process Consultant you will work with organizations to analyze business challenges optimize processes and translate client needs into actionable solutions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business issues documenting and improving workflows gathering business requirements and advising on the integration of business processes and IT. You will also play a coordinating role in projects ensuring that solutions are effective and aligned with client goals.

What Were Looking For:

• An HBO degree and experience in process optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex issues into clear solutions.
• Fluency in Dutch is required.
• Knowledge of Lean Agile or BPMN is a plus.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master (PSM 1 or Professional Product Owner (PSPO 1 are advantageous.
• 35 years of experience in consultancy or a related field.

Wat ga je doen
Als Proces Consultant werk je samen met organisaties om bedrijfskundige vraagstukken te analyseren processen te optimaliseren en klantbehoeften om te zetten in concrete oplossingen. Je taken omvatten het analyseren van bedrijfsproblemen documenteren en verbeteren van workflows verzamelen van business requirements en adviseren over de integratie van business processen en IT. Daarnaast speel je een cordinerende rol in projecten waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat oplossingen effectief zijn en aansluiten bij de doelen van de klant.

Wat zoeken we

• Een HBOdiploma en ervaring met procesoptimalisatie.
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe problemen om te zetten in heldere oplossingen.
• Nederlandse taalvaardigheid is vereist.
• Kennis van Lean Agile of BPMN is een pr.
• Certificeringen zoals Scrum Master (PSM 1 of Professional Product Owner (PSPO 1 zijn een pluspunt.
• 35 jaar ervaring in consultancy of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
