Job Description

Regional Sales Development Executive

  • Location: Rosebank (Onsite with flexible working hours)
  • Salary: R30000 per month Attractive Commission Structure

Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Development Executive to spearhead the expansion into the South African market. This dynamic role involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and presenting to closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be expected to contribute to a highvelocity sales environment working closely with key stakeholders to drive both SME and enterpriselevel sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Market Growth: Refine and execute the regional gotomarket strategy in alignment with business goals. Adapt strategies based on market feedback sales performance and competitive analysis.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and negotiations to onboarding new clients.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop a robust network within the business community and represent the brand at key industry events and conferences.
  • Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding targets ensuring smooth client onboarding and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Operations: Leverage CRM tools to manage your pipeline and report on performance ensuring continuous improvement.



Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience selling HR software to medium and largesized businesses.
  • Network: An existing network within the HR or software sales industry.
  • Availability: Must be able to start by April 14 2025.
  • Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
