Description:
1. Agent will act as a car hire and handle customer queries (general enquiries cancellations and amendments).
2. Respond consumer inquiries/questions raised via phone email and chat channels for customers (no camera ON is required).
3. Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries questions and feedback on the customer services database.
4. Troubleshoot through the use of open questions support documents and system training.
5. Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements:
1. High School Diploma or Higher is preferred
2. Native/Fluent German.
3. Good level of English min B1 (training might be in ENG).
4. Good ProblemSolving Skills.
5. Strong troubleshooting skills.
6. Familiar with Technology.
7. Upbeat and positive (customer will call Senior specialists when something went wrong so this is a very good skill to have).
8. Previous experience in any customer facing role.
9. Hospitality or Car Rental experience is preferable.
10. Passionate about customers.
11. Hold EU ID or Residence Card.
