Inside Sales Manager
Were seeking a dynamic professional to manage dealer rebate programs drive sales in alternative distribution channels (e.g. OEM accounts) and enhance dealer support initiatives. This role includes coordinating dealer training addressing customer service issues developing sales objectives and providing strategic input on pricing and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track rebate programs (Premier Partners Manure Rebate).
- Drive sales for alternative distribution channels and assigned accounts.
- Develop implement and monitor dealer warranty and sales programs.
- Support dealers under $500000 in annual purchases via inside sales.
- Develop and communicate annual dealer objectives by March 1.
- Conduct dealer assessments and recommend improvements or transitions.
- Coordinate efforts across customer service production and plants.
- Communicate regularly with dealers via calls webinars and reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost sales or reduce costs.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- B.S. in marketing agriculture business or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a degree or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to travel 20 of the time within North America
- Knowledge of dairy farm equipment and business practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their use.
- General understanding of marketing and sales functions.
- Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.
- Strong verbal written and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask organize and communicate with dealer personnel.
- Talent for building rapport with colleagues dealers and dealership employees.
- Understanding of dealership business models best practices and challenges.
