MTM Transit in partnership with RideSource is looking for Part Time CDL Drivers to join our team in Eugene Oregon. Start a career that makes a difference in peoples lives!

$20.00 Starting Pay
Must be Available 1 Weekend Day preferably both days
Training will consist of one week of classroom training MF 9am4pm then a weekday PT schedule of 3 or more days weekly through the completion of training
Must be willing to obtain Class C CDL within 90 Days of employment if not already licensed
Full Time Driver positions are also available
What we require:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Must be 21 years of age or older
A valid Oregon Class C CDL with passenger endorsements or the ability to obtain one in 90 Days
Minimum of 5 years driving history
No suspensions or DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
No moving violations or at fault accidents within the last 3 years
Must be able to pass DOT physical and preemployment drug/alcohol screening
Must pass criminal background check investigation
Possess valid authorization to work in the United States
What will your job look like
Provide safe and reliable transportation
Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Must assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle
Must assist with any mobility device and securement as required for safety protocols
Ensure the ontime pickup and drop off of the customer
Demonstrates understanding and sensitivity to the needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities
Complete thorough vehicle pretrip posttrip and DVI inspections as required
Complete paperwork as required
Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required
This position is located at 240 Garfield Street in Eugene OR.
