Job Description
Job Title: Outpatient & Inpatient OB/GYN Physician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate OB/GYN Physician to join our team in Mississippi. This fulltime permanent position provides the opportunity to work in both outpatient and hospital settings offering comprehensive care to women of all ages. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving womens health through preventive care prenatal care labor and delivery and other specialized OB/GYN services.

Employment Type: FullTime Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 day oncall per week and weekend oncall once per month

Location: Outpatient and hospital settings in Mississippi

Compensation: $400000 $500000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide comprehensive care in both outpatient and hospital settings including preventive care prenatal care labor and delivery and gynecological services.

Perform routine and highrisk deliveries including cesarean sections and vaginal births.

Diagnose and treat a variety of gynecological conditions such as fibroids endometriosis and pelvic pain.

Conduct patient exams screenings and diagnostic tests.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans prescribing medications and therapies as needed.

Provide education and counseling to patients regarding family planning contraception menopause and other womens health issues.

Participate in oncall rotation providing timely care during emergency situations.

Maintain accurate uptodate medical records in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
-
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Valid medical license to practice in Mississippi.

Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patientcentered approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Previous experience in both outpatient and hospital OB/GYN care is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
-
Fellowship training or experience in a subspecialty of OB/GYN (e.g. highrisk obstetrics minimally invasive surgery etc..

Experience in managing both routine and complex OB/GYN cases.
