Job Description
Join our welcoming team in an outstanding school RE ECT wanted in Barking!
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated RE ECT to join our team in our outstanding Barking school. You will play a key role in inspiring students to achieve their full potential in RE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging RE lessons across Key Stages 34.
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Humanities department.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
- Degree in Religious Studies Theology Philosophy or a related subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of diverse religious and philosophical perspectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fostering critical thinking and respect for different viewpoints.
