About the Role
An Outstanding mixed secondary school in Camden seeks a versatile Performing Arts Teacher to join their performing arts department from September. The role involves delivering engaging lessons in drama dance and music across KS3 and KS4 and fostering students creative expression. We are looking for a skilled Performing Arts Teacher to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging performing arts lessons in drama dance and music across KS3 and KS4.
- Prepare students for performances and assessments.
- Develop students performing arts skills and creative expression.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of the performing arts curriculum.
- Organise and lead performing artsrelated extracurricular activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Performing Arts.
- Proven experience in teaching performing arts at secondary level.
- Strong skills in drama dance and music.
- Excellent communication and performance skills.
