Job Description

- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences across multiple outlets over the lunch/dinner period.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes from elegant restaurant plates to indulgent inroom dining and bar bites.
- Work closely with senior chefs to develop seasonal menus and innovative dishes.
- Maintain high standards of food safety hygiene and kitchen efficiency.
- Train and inspire junior chefs to uphold Sofitels commitment to quality and service.
- Assist in stock management and inventory control while managing costs.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or senior role in a hotel or highend dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a fastpaced service.
- A passion for quality ingredients presentation and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and industry trends.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Formal culinary qualifications.
- A commitment to excellence in food quality presentation and hygiene.
