What You’ll Do
As the Global HR Service Delivery Manager you’ll be the architect of employeecentric HR solutions ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple channels—web portals phone chat and more. Your mission To optimize HR processes monitor compliance and foster a positive employee experience while collaborating with diverse teams to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Employee Experience: Oversee the HR Service Center (HRSC) and Central Employment Office (CEO) acting as an employee advocate to resolve issues enhance service quality and implement feedbackdriven improvements.
- Collaborate with GBS: Partner with Global Business Services to refine HR service performance define metrics and resolve process gaps for endtoend efficiency.
- Drive CrossFunctional Excellence: Work with HR and crossfunctional teams to analyze root causes implement solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards boosting cost savings and operational effectiveness.
- Innovate with Technology: Leverage SaaS solutions like Workday VNDLY to configure and optimize contingent workforce processes ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Lead Strategically: Design communication plans manage project impacts and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver cuttingedge HR services.
Who You Are
You’re a seasoned HR professional with a passion for process optimization and technology. With 12 years of experience you bring a wealth of knowledge in HR service delivery and contingent workforce management paired with handson expertise in VNDLY configuration.
MustHave Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
- 12 years in HR service delivery with a focus on contingent worker programs.
- Proven experience with SaaS platforms (Workday Workday VNDLY or similar cloudbased tools).
- Handson expertise in VNDLY configuration.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Texas residency (role is remote but locationspecific).
