Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist
Location: Remote (PH)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical FP&A Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving financial planning forecasting and strategic analysis to support our company’s growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling skills a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects including HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with clients subcontractors and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Oversee budgeting scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to assess progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations building codes and company standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
• 5 years of experience in mechanical construction project management.
• Prior experience in the HVAC or mechanical services industry is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
Knowledge:
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
Analytical Abilities:
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Capability to identify patterns trends and insights to support strategic decisions.
Communication Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to convey financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders effectively.
