Job Description

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand Origifys market share.

* Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries (luxury goods industrial traceability highsecurity printing and medical).

* Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers within target organizations.

* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations effectively communicating the value proposition of Origify.

* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and refine product offerings.

* Accurately forecast sales pipeline and revenue providing regular updates to management.

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.

* Represent Bosch Secure Authentication GmbH at industry events and conferences.

* Contribute to the ongoing development of sales strategies and best practices.

* Effectively utilize Salesforce to manage leads track opportunities and report on sales activities.


Qualifications :

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.

* Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the luxory goods or one of the other target industries and selling SaaS solutions.

* 5 years of experience in sales and business development with a focus on new customer acquisition.

* Strong understanding of solution selling methodologies and a consultative sales approach.

* Excellent communication negotiation and closing skills.

* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

* Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

* Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a strong work ethic.

* Proficiency in Salesforce including lead management opportunity tracking and reporting.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Proficiency in German and English
