Job Description


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential customers through various means including referrals leads and cold calls.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about competitors.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to clients.
  • Attend meetings trade shows and industry events to promote company products and services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends preferences and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to clients as necessary.
  • Take ownership of customer complaints and resolve them promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product features and benefits to confidently address client inquiries.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as logistics and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated passion for sales and helping clients succeed.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Experience with lead generation tactics and techniques.
  • Knowledge of industryspecific products or services is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively.
