Role Description

We are seeking a fulltime onsite Ophthalmologist to join our team. In this role you will diagnose and treat a variety of eye conditions perform surgical procedures and administer laser treatments. Additional responsibilities include conducting regular eye exams prescribing corrective lenses collaborating with other healthcare professionals and staying up to date on the latest advancements in ophthalmic care. This position is based in Farmington Connecticut.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ophthalmology

• Expertise in performing a range of eye surgeries particularly cataract surgery

• Experience with laser treatments and procedures

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a medical team

• Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology

• Valid state medical license to practice in Connecticut

• Strong commitment to ongoing education and research in eye care
